The Brieftons Express chopper chops vegetables, fruit, herbs, and soft nuts quickly and also mixes. The sharp 3-leaf stainless steel blade makes light work of chopping, while the mixer attachment beats eggs and blends flour, soup, and cream.

Prepare chopped ingredients for salads, soups, pesto, hummus, salsa, guacamole, baby food. It chops carrot, potato, tomato, cucumber, kale, peppers, garlic, onion, ginger, fresh herbs, and soft nuts like pecans and pine nuts, then switches to mixing eggs, flour, soup, and cream with the attachment.
Chop and Mix with Equal Ease
The 3-leaf blade chops vegetables, fruit, and herbs quickly with just a few pushes of the pump handle. The mixer attachment then blends liquid ingredients such as eggs, flour, soup, and cream in the same bowl, so a single hand-powered tool covers both chopping and mixing jobs.
